hello. i just want to have a clear view on this transaction. pls kindly enlightened me. i am selling my lot and a seller wants to buy it through property equity loan in bpi family bank. the buyer will pay me 1/4 of the price of the property and the remaining shall be paid by the bank only if theproperty or tct is already transfered to the buyer. the bank momentarily will just give me a “bank guarantee”. so what is this bank guarantee? and how this guarantee from bpi will protect my interest? lalo na kung hindi na ituloy ni buyer yung loan niya sa bpi. pls pls pls. i need your advise on this. thank you.

I would like to inquireon how i qould go about getting a loan to build a boarding house here in Boracay Island and would put in as collateral the land where its going to be built….hoping for a promp reply and for references of loan institutions that can help me.

im interested of buying a house but the problem is the property is not under any broker it is own by a family friend and they are selling it cash…can you help me about this things…im working abroad and im leaving this caoming july 20…if you can answer back at me as soon as possible it will be a big help for me…
