Collateral/Security: Acceptanle registered real estate mortgage on residential, commercial or industrial property; assignment of deposit or investments.

Requirements: For startup ventures, the borrower must have other sources of verifiable income other than the new business venture; audited financial statements last 3 years or ITR, if employed; business papers; trade references, if applicable; bank statements last 6 months; applicable collateral documents.
